for the past few years we have used Cupp Plumbing to deal with all of our plumbing needs here at Ameriana Bank. I couldn't be more pleased with the speed an quality of service that they provide for us. I know that when they are called that they will have someone out the same day and that once repaired the problem will forever disappear.

Another quality of Cupp Plumbing that I feel is superior to other plumbing companies, is the professionalism of their staff. They reflect their professionalism in both action and in appearance, something that we truly appreciate, since we always have other customers in contact with them while they are in my branch. I feel the companies I hire, while on site, are an outward symbol of the bank, even though they are not full time employees. I can not afford to have plumbers being rude to my customers, or looking dirty, it reflect poorly on the bank as a whole. I know I can trust the service people from Cupp Plumbing to not destroy peoples' opinions of my branch.

Dear Betty,
